A huge difference in the adoption and perception of cloud computing is noticed within the corporate segment, between large enterprises and small and medium businesses. Frost & Sullivan analyzed the mid-market in Brazil with regard to cloud computing adoption through in-depth interviews with 90 enterprises. Mid-market companies are those with annual revenues between US$ 1 million and US$ 100 million and a total staff between 50 to 1,000 employees.
