The growing middle class in Poland is expected to increase its demand for ICT products and services. Broadband penetration is expected to increase due to efforts by the government to improve ICT infrastructure. Despite persisting brain drain, Poland is a strong ICT outsourcing destination, with continuous improvements in technical education. This research service contains an in-depth end-user analysis for the Polish ICT industry and growth opportunity analysis for Polish ICT infrastructure. It analyses the social framework, infrastructural conditions and labor trends of the Polish ICT industry for the period 2000-2005. All forecasts for 2006-2009 are based on prevailing conditions in Poland and are subject to change.
